Blendery Barn, Lannock Manor Farm, Hitchin Road, Weston, SG4 7EE, England
Description
We are a small blendery operation located at The Grainworks in Hertfordshire, UK. Our focus is on producing 100% spontaneously fermented beers aged in traditional vessels such as oak barrels.
The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Keg at the Bohemia beer market - Hackney. Pours lightly hazed red with a bubbly, pink head. Lightly acidic with nice, true raspberry notes, subtle vanilla, a little funk, tangy plum. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Ran finish, lightly drying, more tart raspberry, nips of seeds. Very nice.

Xmas Boozy Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy orange gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, a light creamy sweetness. A nice light champagne and mild tropical fruits vibe going on here. A little while wine acidity. Pretty dry finish. Nice, too dry.

375ml bottle from Sophie's Beer Store. Reddish amber appearance, small white topping. Has a nice soft plumminess with light grape nuances. Perhaps more of an oak depth would be welcome, sourness seems slightly subdued but otherwise very good.
