Description
We are a small blendery operation located at The Grainworks in Hertfordshire, UK. Our focus is on producing 100% spontaneously fermented beers aged in traditional vessels such as oak barrels.

The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.

Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Bottle at Nick's. Pours hazy reddish, nose is cherry, almond, funk, taste is similar, nutty.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is plums, a touch sulphuric and farty, leather and tobacco too. Taste is plums, earthy, leathery, a bit farty. Soft carbonation. Alright, not bad

MBCC. Hazy pale orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, tart and plums. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 140522

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is good funk, stinky feet, some peach and apricots. Taste is earthy, barn, dusty horseblanket, apricots, soft, not too tart. Velvety mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Very good!

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is apricots, very dusty cellar, funky af. Taste is the same, earthy, horseblanket almost, nice apricot. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Pretty crazy.
