We are a Cooperative Brewery in Belfast owned and run by our members. Opening our doors in 2014, we are the first brewery in NI to bring together modern US styles with the more traditional Belgian/French style beers.

They’ve been leading the way in their native Northern Ireland, specialising in excessively hoppy Pale Ales, decadent Stouts and barrel-aged Sours and Saisons. Utilising the legendary Simpson’s Malt, a broad variety of American hops and all yeasts great and small Boundary beer is always of the highest quality, full of exciting flavours and packaged in beautiful cans.

Very dark brown with thin head. Aroma is very hoppy, primarily juicy tropical fruit. Flavour has.a perfumed fruity hop base. Just a touch of dark roasted malt. Could be a little more burnt and bitter.

Appearance is vivid straw, yellowy, a small white head which goes quickly. Aroma is tropical stewed fruit, pineapple, grapefruit hints, citrusy hops. Taste is hop bitterness, hop resin, orange and pineapple juice, freshly squeezed fruit juice. Short finish, a little thin.

Cloudy yellow gold with a frothy white head and a soft peach and citrus nose. Has a tiny little tingly kick up front, semi-creamy with subtle stewed fruit and a touch of bready yeast and some lingering zest in the finish

440ml can.  Pours very dark brown with a medium head.  Aroma is strong bitter coffee with a little chocolate and caramel.  Taste has chocolate and caramel to start with a bitter coffee finish.  Thick in the mouth.

Bottled. Pitch black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some berries, mild toasted tones with a bit of wood and earth. Flavour is berries, roasted malts, some toffee, toasted tones and mild toffee tones. Easy going Imp Pastry Stout.

Can. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is mango, passion fruit, some mild toffee and mild oaty tones. flavour is lactose, some tartness, mild passion fruit, citrus and some mild nectar tones.

Bottled (from KSM Kampus, Pori). Slightly hazy golden colour with a small fluffy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grassy, some mild funk, grains and mild peppery and some yeasty tones. Flavour is funk, some peppery tones with grass, floral and mild citrusy tones. Quite strong on the funk.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is toasted, mild fruity, nectary and some slight rubbery tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some herbal, earthy and mild toffeeish tones. Smoothly balanced.
