Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Hazy orange/brown, small head. Roasty with hazelnuts, tobacco and milk chocolate. Mid with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lightly earthy with mid bitter finish. Nicely balanced.

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Hazy amber, minimal head. Salted grapefruits dominate the nose. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Grapefruit peels and resin in a finish that turns aggressively bitter as the malt is relatively shallow/sharp.

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Hazy deep amber, small beige head. Deep buttery caramellures behind salty, grapefruity hops. Sweet and full bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Peppermint and syrup, some tropical fruits. Long bitter finish. Feels a bit young and immature with its mild stickyness.

Nice to get chance to rate the third part of Arde trilogy too. I had this for the first time at the brewery when it was still in the maturing tanks. Clear copper color, vanishing white head, Rye bready, slightly sweet caramelly nose. Full-bodied. Sweetish, caramelly, nutty hoppyness and fruity notes. Hides alcohol now quite well. Quite fruity and smooth barley wine.

Clear amber color, mostly vanishing off-white head. Grassy-woody hoppy aroma. Light-bodied. Light caramel, fruity bitterness. Lighter hoppyness than in many Bruuveri 5.5% IPAs. Maybe some keg variation too?

Draught @ SOPP 2012 Helsinki. Poured hazy deep golden, creamy white head. Fresh, tropical fruity hoppy aroma. Flavor has grapefruit, berry juice. Bittersweet finish. Quite sharp mouthfeel. Aroma promised more.

SOPP 2012’ draught. Poured hazy golden thin white head. Bloodorange in aroma very fruity, soft drink aroma. Flavor has herbs, citrus, orange. Bitter finish. Refreshing.

Pours dark reddish orange with a foamy head. Armoa of fruity hops, some gooseberries, caramel malt and grapefruit. Taste is sweetish malty with notes of caramel, exotic fruits and hops. Finish is hoppy with some fruity notes and hints of caramel. Okay, quite tasty IPA.
