Interesting. Usually I think of beers in this style as pale and light like helles or pils, but this one, dark amber and cloudy, had elements similar to vienna or dunkles, with sweet melanoidins. Strange funky sourish grainy hint in nose, otherwise decent enough, grainy flavors but mellowed out with the yeastines.

Heller, kurz süßlicher, dann deutlich herber Antrunk. Aromen von Getreide, wenig Hopfen. Fester, etwas erdiger Grundton, süffig. Eher trocken im Mittelteil, herber wirkend. Schwaches Ende. 10/9/9/8/9/8

Dunkler, herb malziger Antrunk, eher mild. Etwas karamellig, im Mittelteil herber, ansonsten aber laff. Schwach malzig bitterer Nachgeschmack. 7/8/7/7/8/7

Bottle. A- Lemonade, watery. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Wheat, watery, lemon, grains. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, light finish. O- The bottle looks so classic but the beer instead is just as boring as possible. Not that I had high hopes but it was like lemon water.

Bottle. A- Grapefruit. A- Orange pink color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Grapefruit, citrus, unbalanced, mildly tart, slight fruity bitterness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity finish. O- I guess since this was from Germany I assumed it must be decent. Not so, not so at all. Tasted like a bad grapefruit soda mixed with champagne and then with a pale lager. Despite this I still managed to throw it down the hatch.

Bottle(from Quack-Duck!): Golden, hazy, small white head; mild strawy and a bit soapy nose, a metallic tinge included; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, still light bodied and a bit tart; lingering dry bitter finish. Sigh…
