1,5L bottle @ home, BBE 04.11.2024 18:01 Aroma is industrial with sugary sweet tones and mild lemon. Flavour has sugary sweet tones, brown sugar, mild lemony tones. Emptyish finish. This is an insult to a Finnish homemade mead.

PET Bottle. Pale amber colour, small head, which vanishes fast. Aroma is kind of lemon and some raisins and figs with a bunch of sugar. Flavour is lemon, raisins, sugar and something that brings a slight dry edge to it.

1L bottle @ home Aroma has sugary sweet tones and some hints of lemon. Flavour has sweet tones, mild apples and mild lemony tones. A tad too sweet and not that close to homemade sima.

Plastic bottle 1.5l at home, Lahti. Colour is clear orange with no head. Aromas and flavours: Sweetness, honey... just weak.

Bottled (1,5 ltr plastic bottle)
Clear golden colour, no head. Sugary, a bit lemony aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweet, spakling, a bit citrusy flavour. Just add some raisins and this is quite ok imitation of real traditional Sima.
