Description
For the past two hundred years, Bielawa has been mainly associated with the textile industry. The industry’s factories and supporting facilities were successively expanded, and the Bielbaw or Bieltex companies were known throughout Europe. And so it went on until the first decade of the 21st century. Today, Bielawa is a city of many talents, oriented towards a diverse industry, drawing on the traditions and attractions of the region. In the current of these changes, the SOWIE Craft Brewery has found its place in the production halls of the former Bieltex since autumn 2017. It was then that the first brew of Sowie Pils was brewed at the Brewery.
The captivating beauty of the Sowie Mountains is a challenge and motivation to work. Our beer must be as perfect as the surrounding nature, as stunning and natural. This is the reason for our emphasis on beer classics, bottom-fermented products, lagers, pilsners, March beers or wheat beers.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Condensed, citrusy and piney hoppy as well as caramel and pale malty aroma, notes of lemon, lemon tea, some lemon balm, lemon zest. Taste is bitter and citrusy, slightly piney and resinous, minimally chalky hoppy, slightly biscuity, pale malty, caramel malty, notes of lemon, almond; bitter, chalky, minimally medicamentous finish. Oily texture, soft, insipid palate, flat carbonation. Nice aroma, rather chalky taste, quite insipid - improvable.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe. W smaku słodowe, lekko słodkawe. Goryczka niska, wysycenie w normie, ciała nieco brakuje. Nuda.

Many thanks for this beer to Marcin. 500ml bottle from Castle Czocha. Piana srednia, malo trwala, pachnie jak czeski svetly. W smaku goryczka dosc mocna jak na lagera, lekko metnawe, ale jasne. Goryczkowy profil z nuta slodowosci i zbozowo-chlebowego posmaku
