Can into a snifter showing well filtered caramel orange with a lot of sparse white foam. The nose shows a strong notes of pine resin. The palate is moderately carbonated and light bodied. Light pine resin with a strong IPA bitterness. Not so great.

The appearance was a fairly hazy dark brown color with a finger’s worth of tan foamy head. Dissipated slowly to leave some light rings of lace.
The aroma was semi-roasty with a sturdy sweet nutty yet rugged dark chocolate nibs biting at the back end. Some coffee grounds
The flavor seemed to yield to the rugged roastiness. Aftertaste was moderately rigid in the formation of the coffee grounds really taking effect. Finish was super dry through the coffee grounds.
The palate was about medium bodied with more of a sipping sort of quality about it. Carbonation and ABV felt fine.
Overall, shouldn’t be a dry stout? Or seemed that way to me. Not sure what the Irish would say about this one. Just make sure to have a ton of water next to you if you drink this.

The appearance was a dark brown close to black in color with a finger’s worth of off white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had a good roastiness to it. Some dark fruits, milk chocolate, dark chocolate and a little tickle of wood at the very end.
The flavor had a good blend of the roast to the sweet dark fruits and chocolate portions. Moderately trickles into the aftertaste. Finish brings the same sort of flavors and adds a little bit of a spice.
The feel was about medium bodied with a good carbonation about it. ABV felt as projected by the brewer.
Overall, it’s actually a very well done porter, but I wouldn’t use the word \"robust\" with this one.

The appearance was a fairly clear light orange color with some carbonation finding it’s way to fill the quickly dissipating little white foamy head. Light sliding lace.
The aroma had some notes of green apple and light piney hops. Light grassiness at the end. Very little malt.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side initially and then ends up blending slightly with the piney hops. Grassiness came back and had a little bit of bready malts. No aftertaste. Finishes somewhat sweet.
The feel was between light and medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fairly light and the ABV felt as projected by the brewer.
Overall, pretty nice easy drinking APA worthy of having again, preferably with a burger, pizza or wings.

At the source: pours hazy orange pink with almost no head. Aroma is fresh strawberry and a hint of yeast. Taste is light strawberry with a thin body. Some mineral. Not sweet. Almost sour. Not a bad beer.

At the source: pours copper with white head. Aroma is piny and not very fruity. Light cotrus and pine. Tstes almost like an IPA past its prime. Needs to be juicier with more defined hops.
