On tap at Good Beer Week 2019 Launch Gala. Pours golden hazy (no surprise there). Big citrus nose. Undelivers on flavour front relative to the aromas. I guess that's the pale ale aspect. But is screaming out for more bitterness.

Alright [sic]. Can. Dark brown, beige head. 3+ Aroma of bread, citrus scented washing up liquid. Some nectarines. A little touch of charcoal. Light bodied. There's a clean dark lager under the hops - both are nice but don't seem to go together much at all. I think they can brew lager but this one is not for me.

Can. Hazy straw coloured with a modest white head. Feisty aroma of sour citrus, herbs, green mango. Punchy citrus with menthol, booze and herbs. Finish dries out decisively but is not very bitter. Some stuck-to-the-lawnmower earthy/ herbal notes I didn't love. But good of its type.

From can. Hazy orange pink. Huge passionfruit nose. Milky mouth. Packed full of vanilla, passionfruit, kiwi, with just enough happiness to play down the sweet. Strong effort.

Can (Canvent combo from Carwyn Cellars). Hazy golden hue. Citrus nose with resin. Pretty full-bodied without being chewy. The flavour matches nose. Well balanced.

[10/18] Can. Very pale gold with a loose white head that fades. 3- Aroma of grapefruit, kumquats, bread and some pine. Very light bodied. There's not a lot of malt presence but it has a proper breadiness rather than plain sweetness. Citrus, some resin, medium high bitterness in a dry finish. Super-clean without slipping into anonymity. Good beer. [3.6]

[2/19] A few more of these. Consistently good and just distinctive enough.
