Small bubbly mediumlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, flowers, hay, sour apples, grass, apple cores, leafs, yellow apples, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, hay, apple cores, sorrel, flowers, minerals, apple peel, citrus, sour apples, leafs. Medium bitterness, light and slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice and easy drinking.

YG 040522. Pale golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sourness, grass, fruit, alcohol, herbs. Nice cider.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet Stavanger - Hinna. Apple variety is Aroma. ABV is 7.8%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of oxidised apples, a hint of hops and cheese(!). Nice and semi-dry flavour of fresh and oxidised apples, a hint of sulphites, dry-ish finish with a hint of hops.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet Hinna. ABV is 7.8%. Clear pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a white head that actually lasts a while. Pleasant aroma of Gravenstein apples. Medium sweet flavour of Gravenstein apples, a hint of sulphites.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, sparkling, straw colored cider. The aroma has lots of sweet yellow apple, some fresh generic apple, with hints of grass and chores. Lightly woody, with some alcohol and a hint of yeast. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and pleasantly carbonated on the palate, semi-dry, with a light acidity and sweetness. Tannin-ish. The flavor has lots of fresh and a good dash of overripe apple, with apple chores, grass notes, some alcohol and a hint of yeast. Lasting finish. Pleasant indeed, but I think I'd prefer some food to go with it, it's not your typical drinking cider. 220601

750 ml bottle, vintage 2020, from Vinmonopolet Odda. ABV is 8.0%. Clear and very pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of the Aroma apple variety. Flavour also of Aroma apples, semi-dry with some acidity, hints of sulphites. Good, but one-dimensional.

Bottle, 750ml. A quite lively carbonation forms a finger-thick fine-bubbled white head over a clear straw to golden colored body. The aroma is quite grassy, with fresh apple, some apple cores and a generic fruity sweetness. Sort of like overripe pear with a touch of honeydew melon. It's pleasantly effervescent on the palate, semi-dry and full-bodied, with a light alcohol warmth. Fresh apple, some pear and melon, notes of grass and alcohol and a faint woody, herbal touch in the flavor. Sort of fruity-sweet finish even though it's quite dry, with a good fruity flavor. Sure not bad this one, but I'd prefer a cleaner apple flavor. Worked well with some smoked and grilled pork though. 220504

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, apple cores, hay, flowers, yeast, minerals, sorrel, apple peel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.
