330ml bottle bought at a grocery store in Sóller. Creamy white head, misty golden body, spotty lacing. Inviting floral aromas with citrus. Hop fruity flavour character of peaches, grapefruit, and a bite of apricot, added by soft malts. Satisfying bitterness to a hop fruity tail. Nice. (Hotel balcony, Port de Sólller, 18.07.2023).

440ml can as Pale Ale PA02, 5,2 % abv, 25IBU, bought and drunk outside at Reynés Cycling Cafe in Port de Sóller. Fair white head, warm, close-to-clear, golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate passion fruity nose, floral. Mixed taste of lemon, peaches, and biscuit. Semi-dry finish with discreet bitterness. Drinks well. Refreshing in hot summer weather. 440ml can as Single Hop Ipa Mosaic, 6,3 % abv and 40IBU. Bought and enjoyed in hot sunny weather at Reynés Cycling Café in Port de Sóller. Almost clear yellowish body, dissipating white head, spotty lacing. Fresh fruity aromas, peaches and lemon. Quite similar taste of citrus and peaches, juicy malts beneath. Rounded fruity end with discreet bitterness. Fine bodied. Pleasing. (Port de Sóller, 16.07.2023).

440ml can bought and enjoyed outside at Reynés Cycling Cafe in Port de Sóller. Pours a cloudy golden body under a remaining white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Inviting tropical smell with a citric scent. Fresh taste of citrus, orange and lemon, juicy oats in the back. Drying close with a little touch of citrus peels. Refreshing in Mallorcan heat. 440ml can, 10 IBU and 6,4 % abv, seems to be a new version of neipa 01. Bought and enjoyed outside at Reynes Cycling Cafe in Port de Soller. Hazy, yellowish body, diminishing white head, fair lacing. Promising aromas of lemon with a refreshing tropical twist. Hop fruity taste of lemon, lime, and pineapple. Even with a low ibu it has got a noticeable lemony bitternes to the end. Soft on the swallow. Pretty decent. (Port de Soller, 12.07.2023).

Somewhere between Golden and amber. small beige to white head. Aroma is flowery hoppy and sweet malty. Comes off as fresh, well brewed, craftmanship. flavor is flowery hopped lager with a smooth body yet quite crisp. fairly standard euro hopping. all in all a very tasty, not very bitter, lager. Tastes a bit like spanish industrual macro cerveza especial when they are at their very best.

Can. last one bought from the fridge at the brewpub. black to dark dark brown, almost no head. Aroma of hard roasted malts, dark caramel, Flavor is hard roasted malts, a lot of natural english licorice as well as licorice like those small licorice pellets you can get. If it ever gets cold in the winter on Mallorca, this beer will work. Also works in the summer btw, rated june 1stin el arenal.
