Thanks fonefan! Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is nectary, some zesty and mild grassy tones with a bit of herbs. Flavour is floral, some nectary, mild grassy and citrusy tones to it.

Thanks fonefan! Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, mild resin with some citrus and a bit grainy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity and some mild grainy and resiny tones.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with intense cashews, followed by coconut, bourbon, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is cohesive, with lots of dusty cashews, coconut, cocoa, and bourbon in wonderful cohesion. I like the cashews in here, which seems to temper the sweetness. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours black with a tiny tan head. Aroma is full of intense coconut, deep bourbon with a light smokiness, and gentle roast. Flavour is rich, with intense toasted coconut, tons of bourbon barrel, wood, and medium roast. Lots of coconut and woody notes on the finish. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has rich wood, huge bourbon barrels, and burnt sugars. Flavour has huge barrel character, burnt sugars, wood, and big roast. Borderline brutal but great barrel character.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours black, no head. Aroma is full of big bourbon barrels, vanilla, and dark sugars. Flavour is rich, with tons of vanilla beans, dark sugars, and a touch of bourbon barrels. Tons of vanilla and fermented out sugars on the finish. Very good.
