Bottle 75 cl. Comes as “Wild Cider 2018 No. 8”. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Subtle but distinct Brett aroma atop fresh and dry apple notes. Light-bodied, very clean an fresh apple notes paired with a slight tartness and again Brett. Nowhere as complex as the artisanal British and French ciders, but incredibly refreshing and drinkable.
