Bottle 75 cl. Comes as “Wild Cider 2018 No. 8”. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Subtle but distinct Brett aroma atop fresh and dry apple notes. Light-bodied, very clean an fresh apple notes paired with a slight tartness and again Brett. Nowhere as complex as the artisanal British and French ciders, but incredibly refreshing and drinkable. Well done! 250520

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny, white head. A subtle, slightly fruity nose. Medium body, malty sweet with earthy notes from the elderflower. Very subdued hops. An odd, unsatisfactory beer that really is going nowhere. Not really wheat beer, not really anything to be honest. 050520
