Imperial Stout Lagret på egetræ Bottle 75 cl Pours an opaque black with a small, beige head. Nose has subtle roast, vanilla and a touch of licorice. Rich, malty roast in the body, some somewhat sharp tannins from the oak also leaving a slight tartness. A nice Imperial Stout but could probably improve with a few more years cellaring to soften the edges. 241220

Bottle@Jens - Golden clear pour with a white head. Wheaty medium sweet, bready light malty, straw, lemon, light to medium body, wheaty finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw, elderflower, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, elderflowers, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Comes as “Wild Cider 2018 No. 8”. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Subtle but distinct Brett aroma atop fresh and dry apple notes. Light-bodied, very clean an fresh apple notes paired with a slight tartness and again Brett. Nowhere as complex as the artisanal British and French ciders, but incredibly refreshing and drinkable.
