Tap at Brūstok 2026 with the Prague tasting crew. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Caramel, floral notes in the aroma, stone fruit, herbal touches, light onion. Bit meaty taste, floral, light grapefruit, onion, bit earthy... can't say I got thaaat much from the adjuncts, but it's a fun experiment. Just a bit messy.

Bitter taste, herbal, bready, bit flat, with some DMS and a lasting bitterness... Not bad not terrible, it's nice in some ways but ultimately flawed.

Pleasant citric notes start the aroma, which is smooth, lean and dry, but DMS takes over, and having low to no bitterness doesn't help much. Eh, on the right way, but it needs a tweak and not to have DMS to work properly.

Very fragrant. Bready. Earthy bitterness.
