Description
We are very proud of our beer, brewed in Norfork, Arkansas along the banks of the White River, in Ozark National Forest, using crystal clear water welling deep from the famous limestone aquifers of the Ozark Mountains. We use non-GMO grains, all grown in the US without glyphosate, locally foraged wild fruits and other key ingredients, organic when and wherever possible. We derive some of our yeast from the native Paw Paw fruit found along the banks of the White River. The exceptional quality and flavor of our beer flows not only from these ingredients, but also from the care and commitment we put into making every barrel. You can taste it in our beer.

12oz bottle from BJ’s Liquor Store, Rogers, Arkansas. Nose is hibiscus and a little citrus. Murky golden yellow with a small white head. Flavor is a little sweetness and not much else.

Pours a hazy, light lemon yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma has a weird, latex rubber note (also present in the flavor, unfortunately), along with citrus and tropical elements. Flavors largely follow, with medium hop bitterness in the finish.

Refrigerated 12 oz can from shrubber85 poured into a glass. Aroma is cocoa, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is cocoa and some what dry finish.

Rough going; very raw, with a heavy wort sweetness coupled with overripe peach and mandarin, followed by candied grapefruit and a spiky, boozy texture. Hard to finish the 12 oz. can.

Nothing light about this pils. Very sweet, almost Belgian-ish in its sugary center, with a lot of corn and spiky carbonation adding to a surprisingly boozy back end. Not good.

Something off about this pint; heavy sweet chocolate notes underlined by wort notes and a pronounced cherry tartness. Finishes dry but with a lingering berry bite. Not great.
