Ein Sauerbier mit Ananas, Mango 🥭 und Vanille🥞. Das hört sich abstrus an, ist such. So bekommt man eine fruchtige, asiatisch 🌏 anmutende süß-saure Mischung, die aber durchaus gekonnt ist.
So erinnert es an indonesische Mango-Sauce, die auf der einen Seite wirklich natürlich-fruchtig 🥭 und dann angenehm erfrischend säuerlich 🍋🟩 ist.
Das Gatränk ist sicher sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ich fand es durchaus interessant und cool 😎.
Wenn man sich traut, kann man es gerne mal probieren.

endlich wieder ein Bier von 2085 (bei ukrainischen Brauereien fürchtet man ja immer das schlimmste, wenn man länger nichts von ihnen hört)🥴
Hier kommt (wieder mal) ein neues NEIPA.
Dies liefert eine würzige Mischung aus zitronigen 🍋 🍋🟩 und anderen tropisch-fruchtigen 🥝🍍🥭Aromen gepaart mit einem hefigen Hintergrund. Alles sehr fein, aber es fehlt mir ein bisschen die Balance zwischen diesen Noten.

# 4518; 1/2025. As 2085-3 Mexican Lager. Fresh aroma of citrus, lime, fruits, light herbal. Murky yellow body; white head. Citrus, lime, fruity, light herbal and elderflower, slightly yeasty and spicy; medium body; medium carbonation, very drinkable and refreshing. Funny and enjoyable mexican lager. 0,33 l, can, gift.
