Can 44 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small beige head. Roast and vanilla aroma. Medium body, very sweet roast, sweet licorice. Quite some vanilla notes but not really tonka beans. Carbonation a little to the low side. A sweet, delicious Porter - but tonka not so much. No real bitterness. 100825

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opque orangey brown with a lacing, beige head. Aroma of nuts and molasses. Rich, sweet, brown sugar and malt extract, some dark, dried fruits with next to no bitterness. Slightly phenollic. 060725

Hazy red-amber body, off-white head. Orangey-cakey maltiness in the aroma, vague phenolic touches. Lean dry taste, again, orange liqueur and cake, very much dried out actually, lightly caramelly maybe, traces of yeastiness, not much bitterness. Okay, but uneven - has positive things, has mild alcohol flavor rather than warmth... unsure. Mesy.

Can, huge thanks Papsoe, but also Miro, Martin, Lovro and Hrabren for your parts in the relay to Croatia. Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Hugely lactic, yogurt sour aroma, light strawberries, bit funky, light green apple - which is impressive to achieve even in an imperfectly handled kettle sour. Lean, dry, soft taste, mild strawberry jam, actually tasty, though there are some green apples there too. Comparable to those smelly cheeses that turn out to be very mild and tasty taste-wise.
