25 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small and bubbly white head. Aroma is mild sulphorish and slight acidic. Distinct dry, sweet apple and refreshing acidic flavoured. Dry apple fruity finish.

Bottle 25 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a clear yellow with hardly any head. Tart apple aroma. Light body, heavy carbonation, sweet apple and vanilla with a surprisingly tart balsamico edge - quite sophisticated. Dryish finish. I expected a bland and sticky commercial cider, but this really is surprisingly good. 280710

Bottled. A light yellow cider. The aroma has notes of apples as well as a bit of wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and a bit of wood, leading to a lightly tart finish.

clear yellow, small bubbly head. aroma of perfumey citrussy appple, faint vineagre. flavor is bitter apple, bubblegum off-flavor. citrussy note. re-rated flavor from 4 to 6, ov from 9 to 12.

bottle 70cl, from carrefour in las palmas, gran canaria. at 75 eurocents quite a discount cider. appears yellow, small white head. aroma is apple, acid, vineagra. flavor is apple, acidity, faint vineagra. this cider is light dry. Actually an okay cider.

This cider is also sold with another label from coop supermarkets, but has the same name : Sidra . called unide sidra. also says Sirvase Frio on the bottle. and is from the same brewery, identified by the brewery company id. clear dark yellow, small head. aroma is cellary, apple, vineagre. flavor is apple, acid, faint vineagra, a bit dry.

Corked Bottle
Pale blond color. Light but nice aroma of apples and hazelnuts. Some sweetness, quite balanced, ends with some more dryness, fruity.
