250 ml bottle. Clear golden. Apple core, apple peel, green apples, hints of cinnamon. Dry sourness, fruity sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry sour fruity finish. Very freshing!

5/8/2019. Sample from bottle courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aroma of semi-tart apples, leather, citrus, wood, biscuit and funky barnyard. Moderate sweetness and tartness with a slight salty edge. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice tart, dry, slightly acidic finish. Good.

750ml bottle. Yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of funky, woody apple. Taste is sour, tart, solvent, apple, funky, fruity, oaky with vinegary hints. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart solventy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared at home. Corked bottle, no cap. Hazy pale golden with some bubbles. Sour apples, light grassy, wood, fresh green apples. Moderate sweet and bitter, medium sour. Medium body and low carbonation. Quite harsh dry and mildly complex drink.

74cl bottle from local supermarket Consum for a beleive €1.5 hahahah .... what to expect for this money... Well it pours bright sparkling golden with some white bubbles. Aroma of sour apples, sulphite, dry, wood. Taste a bit likewise, quite dry and some artificial notes, however for this kind of money it isn't too bad at all. At least it's drinkable... ;) Probably won't finish the while bottle on my own ..

Bottle shared with Sarah on holiday in Fuertaventra. A very pale yellow coloured pour with a light effervescence. Aroma is sweet apple and pears, little sour, coconut, somewhat artificial. Flavour is composed of semi sweet apple fruit, tangy artificial apple. Palate is medium sweet , fizzy abrasive carbonation. Not terrible, little artificial.

@llagostera, 2015, from supermarket 75cl bottle. Very...very cheap. Pours clear pale golden with no head. Fizzy carbonation, fresh apple fruitiness. Eroski seems to have two ciders at 4.1 abv. from envasados Eva now. This is the new in town. Explosive bottle cork blew off before I had the cage unwound entirely. Clear yellow white head that soon disappears. Aroma of tart and sour apples. Flavor is citrussy apple juice quite refreshing and clean refreshing and tasty cider at a deep discount price. Espumosa means something like foamy, and i can vouch that the kitchen was kinda foamy after the bottle shot the cork up, went sideways and gushed out over the kitchen table. Treat like a shaked bottle of champaigne.

Golden colour without head. Aroma has notes of green apples. Flavor has sweet notes at the beginning, green apples, acidic notes and slightly bittery in the final. Very high carbonation.
