Appearance: Cloudy yellow color. Huge rocky white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, light sourish/tart, citrusy/lemony, later some wheat maltiness.
Palate: Medium body. Creamy texture. Long dry finish.
Overall: Interesting. Quite like some saison/witbier.
