Brown, hazy body, with a big, stable, creamy, moderately lacing, dark beige head.
Aroma of christmas spices, cocoa, toast, some caramel, some dried fruits.
Taste follows this pretty much.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes spicy, a bit dry, a bit sweet, a bit roasty, with some cocoa.

Nice one. The spices are really nice, leading to a kind of christmas impression. Not very complex though, a bit simple, but quaffable, with a well hidden ABV.

Butelka 0.5l (02.04.2017). Piwo delikatnie mgliste o miedziano-czerwonej barwie. Piana zoltawa, drobna, dosc obfita choc szybko znika i pi chwili pozostaje tylko delikatna warstwa na powierzchni piwa. Aromat to przede wszystkim nuta wedzona, bardzo wyrazna, ogniskowa, ciut szynkowa. Zaraz za nia bardzo przyjemna nuta bourbonu, ciut waniliowa, bardzo dobrze wspolgra z wedzonka. Smak to wedzonka i nuta bourbonu, drewniana, sciagajaca, bardzo przyjemna w odbiorze z slodkawym finiszem. Piwo dobrze ulozone, zbalansowane z konkretna slodowa podbudowa a polaczenie wedzonki z bourbonem okazalo sie swietnym pomyslem. Pije sie powoli ale z duza doza przyjemnosci i choc nuty kozlakowe, slodowe sa na dalszym planie to nic piwu nie ujmuje.
