500ml bottle. Cloudy, deep golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, white head. Smoky, minimally tartish aroma, hints of ham, bacon, smoked eel, smoked trout. wheaty basis with a touch of apple and pear, sauerkraut trimmings. Taste is mildly tart, smoky, slightly wheaty, subtle sweetness, hints of pear and apple, a mild touch of sauerkraut, smoky notes seem to be more fishy (eel, trout) than fleshy (ham, bacon). Mild and mellow, very drinkable for its dodgy composition; probably benefits from the Polish Grodziskie experience.

New Year Bottle Share in Odense. Hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of grain, apple, and a touch of cabbage. Dry malty flavour with a strong grainy and vegetable note. Medium bitter finish

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marcin. Pours murky deep golden color with medium frothy white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grapefruit, grass, wheat, yeast and hint of rotten eggs. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy, following is fruity, grassy and a bit funky, while finish is moderate bitter. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Amber colored, rather low head. Quite strong banana aroma. Present roasted hints. Bitterness between medium and high, low sweetness, little bit sour. Light body, low carbonated. Watery.

Dark brown beer with really good off-white head. Cereal, yeast and cheese in aroma. Also quite strong hints of banana. Little bit sour, low to medium on bitterness. Overall taste is very well balanced. Low to medium body, medium carbonated. Smooth.

Pours a slightly hazy amber color, topped with a humongous and lasting soapy white head. Biscuity malty aroma with pine notes presenet. A bit herbal but all in all a gentle aroma. Very fine hoppy bitterness with quite lasting aftertaste. Taste is very nice with a bit of that peppery finish.

Many thanks for this beer to Grzesiek79. Intense gold color, thick white head, persistent. On the nose is a bit hoppy. Aroma mostly grainy, well hopped.

Many thanks for this beer to Grzesiek79. Aroma of sweet milk and chocolate. Dark brown color with a thin head. Creamy palate. Slight sweetness, chocolate, coffee and toffee.
