Amber colored beer with big, steady head. American hops aroma with good dose of flowers. High bitterness and medium sweetness. Light body, medium carbonated, slick in mouth.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marcin. Cloudy amber color with thin soapy white head, nice lacing, yeast residue and sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, wheat, herbs and flowers. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel, follows by citrus, peach, yeast and flowers with pleasant bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Not bad, just a bit too offending with floral hops...

Lightly hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, sharp fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a nice light level of creamy sweetness. The Polish Cascade hops bring a floral spicy tangerine. Light finish. Nicely done, clean, balanced and very drinkable.

Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, good fine carbonation. Light dry malts. Floral mid and then light fresh orange and orange peel. Mild hop spice and then a dry finish. Not bad.

Golden colored, cloudy beer. Amazing head. Tropical fruits in aroma, especially peach. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Light body, low carbonation.

Hazy gold beer, untidy cream colour head. Palate is light and has a mild fine minerally crispness. Floral lime dominates, a modicum of lemon. Little lime peel. Light finish. Lime peel bitter linger. It’s a one trick pony but it’s tasty and drinkable.

Butelka 0.5l (01.09.2016). Piwo o ciemno złotej barwie, leciutko mgliste. Piana biała, drobna, obfita, ładnie zaznacza swoją obecność na szkle. Aromat w pierwszym momencie cytrusowy w stronę cytrynowego ale już po chwili traci na intensywności i wychodzi ziołowość typowa dla polskiego chmielu a nuty cytrusowe oddalają się gdzieś dalej. Goryczka delikatna, na niskim do średniego poziomie, ziołowa ale krótka i niezalegająca, może ciut ściągająca czyli ma coś z chmieli amerykańskich. Nie jest to amerykański chmiel ale dobry prognostyk na przyszłość. Przyzwoita IPA z fajną goryczką i leciutkim słodkawym posmakiem choć nie ukrywajmy to nie jest to samo co chmiel zza oceanu.
