Sample@Ølfestival København 2018, Copenhagen - amber orange pour with a off white head. Sweet and slight smoked malty and light fruity, not getting much banana, medium body, hoppy backing, smoked finish.

On tap at Sir William's Pub, Ljubljana. Pours hazy, dirty amber, topped with white creamy head. Smaller but pretty lasting. Strong smoked bacon nose. Gentle sweetness with some smokiness in the taste, mild bitterness. Slightly watery and sparkly texture. Not a bad one, though a bit too smoky for my liking.

Sampled from tap at CBF Vienna 2018. Hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, fairly smoky and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lots of smoked eel, bacon, some banana and hints of clove. Moderately sweet, rather smoky and gently yeasty-spicy taste of smoked eel, bacon, banana and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, fairly smoky and a bit yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty good, very smoky!

On tap at Makro Beer Fest, Ljubljana. Hazy dark golden, small off-white head. Great banana /smoke balance, overripe banana on charred wood. Great smoke, covering the malts and yeast in the flavour. Nice sweetness. Light body, soft carbonation. Lasting finish. One sided but nice. Good idea.

Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Filip. 330 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Golden, white head. Nose is smoked plastic, smoke is almost peated. Taste is plastic, overly sweet, sugar, massive banana, very smoked, low peat, sugar, plastic,… Crude, huge but kind of dug it.

F: medium, white, quick gone. C: amber, hazy. A: smoked tones, smoked meat, bit banana, cloves, leather, tobacco, bit woody. T: malty, wheat, smoked meat, leather, bit banana, smoked aspect is a bit over-helming but beer is nice balanced relatively easy drinkable, medium body and carbonation, 50cl bottle from LIBF 2018.

Clear orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: super smoky, peat, other smoke, camp fire, yeasty, some banana. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: chemical, bitter, plastic, unpleasant, very smoky, peated. Aftertaste: more of the same!
