Bottled 01.02.2021. orange cloudy color, small white head. smells of apples, parfumy, earthy, peppery, nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes of apples, light sweetness, earthy, bit parfumy, some rose-hip, flowery. finishes sweet and dry with notes of apples, flowers and some earthy notes. pretty nice one, more of a fan of the other varieties though, this one was a tad too sweet.

Bottled 02.02.2021. orange cloudy color, small white head. smells of strong pears, apples, light stone fruits, grassy, earthy, lovely smell of pears and apples. light body, almost no carbonation. tastes of pears, apples, grassy, earthy, bit flowery, lightly citric. finishes dry with notes of pears, citrus and some earthy notes. very nice one, could use a tad of carbonation. After the Quince cider, this feels undercarbonated. Pears come through very well though, very nice one.

Bottled 26.02.2022. light yellow hazy color, medium big white head. smells apples, parfumy, flowery, light honey, nice smell. light body, pearly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, some apples, flowery, rose hip, subtle quince. finishes lightly dry and rather bubbly with notes of apples, citurs and flowery notes. actually very nice one, very bubbly, super easy and spritzy to drink, very good for this heat.
