We built our brewery in an 80-year-old former pool hall and bowling alley with the goal of maintaining the building’s history while producing well-balanced American brews 10 barrels at a time. Proudly brewing since the summer of 2013 with no intentions of slowing down, striving to continuously produce products that our community can take pride in

a: crazy rich pink coloured body (fully opaque) | thick frothy pink head that leaves an ugly lace
a: deep cherry notes | pink lemonade | cotton candy (yes, somehow!)
f: rich wheats | icing sugar | tart cherries
t: cloying cotton candy | deep artificial cherry notes (still nice!) | yeast towards finish
o: smooth throughout | sweet, but true-to-name | a nice beer for the style & series!
16 ounce can | Hy-Vee (grocery): Omaha/West, Nebraska | 21-August-2025 | US$2,50 (wrong price - should be US$5,99!) | no can date | sampled: 23-October-2025

12 ounce can from Tavour. Amber orange pour. Foamy white head dissipates to a small cap. Sweet, caramel malt aroma. Tangy, bready malt flavor. Herbal hop bitterness is scant. Brief finish.

So much vanilla bean and orange. Like an EQ Einstein five years ago. Thanks Matt!

Nice refreshing lager with a lot of blueberry. Figured today may be the last day in the seventies (24° C) for a while, so this beer seemed appropriate.
Thanks Matt!
Lousy performance from Spurs at home again. Terrible tactics, no atmosphere.

Nelson baby!!! With a tremendous hop bite, but isn’t too abrasive. Thanks Matt!!!
Eggers Nelson, White wine grapes, top tier haze.
Real earthy and bitter. Incredible bite for 6.7. Thanks Matt! Flyers/Cats time.

Spotty beige head on an amber coloured body.
Vegetal aroma.
Medium bodied, soft in the tongue thinning out to a cloying back.
Ginger, pumpkin, vegetal & cinnamon tastes with a tangy finish.
A bit heavy going.
