Draught @ Pizzeria Paradiso - Dupont Circle, Washington, DC
Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, orange, caramel, peach and hint of pepper. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, fruity and light chili burn and caramel in the finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Pizzeria Paradiso. A hazy orange-golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Lacing. Grapefruit, pine cones and a touch of grass and chili in the aroma. There’s a pleasant, subtle chili burn on the palate, it’s full bodied, semi dry and nicely carbonated. Grapefruit, pine cones and a touch of resin and chili in the flavor. Ok bitterness. Bitter, lightly warming finish. Pleasant chili touch in this one, quite nice. 150620

Draft. Hazy golden color, bright white edge head. Aroms of floral pepper flesh. Peppers hit up front, but not a log of heat. Just enough to make it interesting.

Awesome, and surprising. Very piney with a dose of citrus. A little bit of florals. Great balance, with steady malt backbone. Pours amber with good head and lacing. The two beers I had from these guys at Meridian Pint were both spot-on, and hope to see more from them. Tap.
