Description
Based in Cambridge, MD on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, local boys brewing local beers.
We built our brewery in an 80-year-old former pool hall and bowling alley with the goal of maintaining the building’s history while producing well-balanced American brews 10 barrels at a time. Proudly brewing since the summer of 2013 with no intentions of slowing down, striving to continuously produce products that our community can take pride in

Massively hoppy, sweetish, juicy tropical fruity, citrusy and floral with some peaches, grapefruit, pine, grass, hints of dankness, green hoppiness and chalkiness. Pretty good hop bomb

16oz can pour at the DC Beer share. Poured a hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was lemon, hop, sweetness. Sweet, slight hop burn. Pleasant. Pretty well crafted and tasty.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light but slightly ripe pale malts. Light cooling pine into tangy semi ripe citrus and a little bitterness. A fairly dry finish. It's okay but not something I would want to drink much of. Tangy and lacking something.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts provide a light but plenty adequate creamy sweetness. Light pine. Much hop spice. Juicy Peacharine slightly candy peach. Some Nelson grape coming through on the back end along with lesser hop fruits that are too tightly integrated to pull apart. Light finish brings plenty more hop spice which lingers long after the swallow. Punchy.

16oz can pour at the DC Beer share. Poured a super thick, opaque, cloudy yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma was grainy citrus. Big rich citrus, vanilla. Big juicy hoppy character.

16oz can pours a translucent strawberry red, fizzy, no head. Fruit roll up nose, strawberry popsicle, canned melon. Flavor is a touch more clear, strawberry candies and papaya, pineapple too. A shot of rum and this is a cocktail. Sweet finish, medium bodied. Fun.
