Bottle, 75cl. It pours a sparkling pale straw colored body with some bubbles on top. There's a faint yeast hint on the nose, with lots of apples. Apple jam, mashed apples, grass and a touch of mango. Or at least some generic tropical fruityness. It's lightly yeasty in the flavor too, with mashed apples, some grass and some tropical fruit notes. Long apple finish with a touch of piney, citrusy hops. Medium to full body, quite a lot of carbonation, mostly on the dry side. Interesting, but a bit unbalanced. 190907

Maritim rating med EO, OG og KH ombord på Fridtjofen (Havnedagene i Haugesund) aug-19: Klar lys gylden nesten uten skum. Epler, epleskall, kanel, vanilje, pære og litt lær. Elegant, lettdrikkelig og med bøttevis av mersmak, selv så sent på kvelden (dette var nr. 23 og den siste på det offisielle programmet).
