Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, raisins, marzipan, prunes and vanilla. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity taste of caramel, marzipan, raisins, prunes, some vanilla and a touch of chocolate, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little vinous finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty Bock, quite moreish. I wonder if it's just an alias of the Winterbock.

Sweetish-malty, gently fruity-floral, slightly grassy aroma of grains, straw and some citrus with a touch of honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral, grassy taste of grains, straw, some citrus and a touch of honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant ale.

0.33 l bottle, purchased at the 'Breckerfelder Bauernmarkt', best before December 2022. Hazy, pale yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, fairly grassy-spicy, moderately fruity-floral aroma of fresh grass, lemon peel and grains. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, quite grassy-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, straw and lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, grainy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fairly hoppy for a Wiess, love that grassy aspects of it. Nice!
