Can. Clear pale gold with a cm+ of white head that laces OK. Aroma of peach, ruby grapefruit, light biscuit. Dryish with peach outmuscled by citrus. Quite firm bitterness needs the slightly caramelised touch of the biscuit to balance. Deftly done.
