(Bottle, 1.0l - twist top - hand bottled, from the brewery, 20231229) The beer poured amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had mango, watermelon, ripe fruits and citrus fruits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tart fruits, mango, watermelon, citrus fruits and low bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, tart and bitter. A nice hoppy brew with good tart finish.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grain, fruitiness, grass, honey, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry, hoppy and bitter. A nice grainy brew with dry palate and sharp hop notes.

33 cl bottle @ home. Bottled 3.5.2023, BBE 05/2024 Aroma has coffee and licorice. Flavour has licorice, coffee, sweet malt and fruitiness. Warming alcohol in the finish. Brilliant slow sipper with strong coffee tones.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, from the brewery, 20230827) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had coffee, coffee beans, burnt malts and notes of peppers. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, coffee, coffee beans, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, coffee, sweetness and bitterness. A taste burnt brew with strong coffee notes. The high ABV was rather well hidden.

Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, sweetness, tartness, sourness, berries and bitterness. Aftertaste had berries, tartness, malts and bitterness. A nice malty brew with tart and sour notes.

Aroma had fruitiness, metal, spiciness, orange peel and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, metal, malts, orange peel, spiciness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy and bitter. A decent but too sweet brew.
