Unbalanced, too much dark tart berries from the oud bruin, some vanilla oakiness, hints of rye and earthiness. Complex but lacking balance.

0,33l bottle from the brewery. Bottled 9.6.2024, bbe 12/25. Almost black beer with quite small head. Aroma is roasted malts and ashes. Flavor is ashes, roasted malts, chocolate. Tasty, even if bit unbalanced.

Bottled 12.4.2023, bbe 4/2026. Clear red brown beer with almost no head. Aroma and flavor is roasted malts, earthy and funky notes, sourness and quite huge red wine feeling overall. Good and somehow special.

Bottle. Golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is mildly smoked with some tar with sweet caramel, honey and mild grainy tones along with some herbal and grass things. Flavour is smoked, some herbal, mild grassy with some grainy and mild caramelly tones to it. Nice smokiness!

0,33l bottle from the brewery. Bottled 15.4.2024, bbe 4/2025. Very dark brown beer with huge and cloudy, stable head. Strong aroma has caramel, roasted malts, ashes, leather and coffee. Flavor is much more lighter with some hops, coffee and licorice. Quite light.

0,33l bottle from the brewery. Bbe 9/25. Clear light golden beer with quite small head. Aroma and flavor has saison twist, farm and earthy notes with floral and soapy notes. Citrusy fruits and spruce. Quite sweet. Good one, nice first touch for the brewery.

(Bottle, 0.33l - bottled on 31.01.2024, from the brewery, 20240301) The beer poured dark brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had toasted malts, dark fruits, earth and lightly molasses. Palate was medium bodied, dry and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, dark fruits,.molasses, prunes and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry, warming, malty and bitter. A tasty malty brew with strong but well enough hidden ABV.
