On tap at Craft House Minsk, Belarus. What a nice pick. Black coloured, small brownish head, mild roasty nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, alcohol and notes of cherries with mild notes of hops and burnt sugar in the finish. Pleasant brew.

Draught at Ivan da Marya, St. Petersburg. Poured light golden in color with a thick white head. Grainy sweet aroma, wort and hay. Flavor had hay, grass, grainy malt. Lots of hay, especially in the finish. Drinkable but did not feel that clean.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Max. Clear amber with a beige heade. Aroma of malt, toast, a bit of caramel. Sweetish flavor, malty, with toast, some caramel, and a nice bitterish finish, a bit herbal. Medium-bodied. Decent.
