light brown mahogany color. Very interesting nose of sherry, port, brandy dipped raisin bread. Wow this is nice. Great depth. Alcohol well hidden. Fairly dry for the style (could be a touch sweeter), but very unique. Great BW

Bottled. Cright reddish amber, cloudy. Big fruit nose, cranberries and cherries with a touch of strawberry and a little cardamum. Tart, lacto flavor with cherry and berries. Refreshing and pretty decent. Some sweetness left.

On tap at Craft Beer Bar iBrew Ebisu, pours a cloudy bright amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of cranberries and strawberries, with gentle lacto and a little saline. Flavour is salty and fruity, with tart cranberries, light strawberries, lacto, and salt. Quite acidic on the finish, with plenty of residual sugar from the fruit. It's alright.

medium straw color. Light frothy white head. Excellent yeasty character, slightly tart nose with banana creampie and peaches in the nose. Modestly Estery. Medium bitterness, smooth palate, funky yeast, slightly tart. Not quite as exciting as the nose but still very good.

deep golden color. Smells like unfiltered apple juice in the nose which was a bit of a surprise. Clearly a surprise.
