Vintage 2021. deep red color, tiny fast disappearing head. smells funky, earthy, berry notes, grapes, tannins. nice to very nice smell, rather sulphuric. full body, bubbly carbonation. Tastes sulphur, tannins, grapes, berry notes, some pepper, funky. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of sulphur, tannins and pepper. nice one, very sulphuric though, also rather bubbly, which is not an issue for me.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy orange colour, small head. Tart, woody nose with evident Riesling grapes. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly peppery with elegant osky white wine, mild funk. Mildly bitter finish. Quite complex and really elegant.

Ochre beer with a faint pink sheen, head only alive for scant seconds. End of bottle solid deposit. Vinous nose, pink grapes, bit raspberry, faraway beetroot, purple gooseberry. Lemony, unripe raspberry, lime and of course vinous. Despite the serious acidity the overall impression is very balanced. Light acidburn and -thinning. Bit slick, adequate carbonation. There's many a Belgian brewery that would love to do this (especially that balance...), but maybe that would also turn into financial disaster. Snik.

Aroma has yeast and fruit notes, perhaps apricot or peaches but subtle
Flavor is wild wild sour, earthy, little bit like it's oxidized, quite clean and very extreme. One of the more sour beers I ever tasted. This is a sipper I think.

Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is tartness, some mild Riesling with a bit of fruity tones too. Quite pleasant. Flavour is nectarines, some mandarin, grapes, mild wood and some slight tartish tones. Pleasant.

(Draft at Mikkeller at Morebeer, Amsterdam, 27 Feb 2026) Dark red colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity nose with red berries, grapes, barnyard and red wine. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red wine, oak wood, red fruit, grapes, barnyard and funky yeast. No bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Tasty, with a generous acidity and a good grape/red wine character. Very nice.
