Backlog. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some mild tart wooden tones with wheat and a bit funky and acidic tones. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some tartness and mild funky and a bit earthy and acidic tones to it too.

Really nice wild ale aroma with a great balance and smoothnes, but retaining the wildness and sourness , fruity, slightly grassy. Woody. Flavor is seriously sour with saison yeasty notes but more like a real sour ale. Very refreshing. The 7% alc. Is very well hidden. No nailpolish. Top of the shelf wild ale by my standards

Bottle shared by Levi, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice rich peach with a bit of tart apricot with a bit of light grains underlying. Flavor has sour peach and apricot with a bit of acid and light grains backing.
