Sampled at the roost pours a clear dark gold with a ring of white head. Nose is sour, raw lemon and soursop, herbal, green grape. Big green grape flavor, lemon and neutral oak, light minerality. Tight, tannic, dry, medium full bodied. Medium acid.

Really nice wild ale aroma with a great balance and smoothnes, but retaining the wildness and sourness , fruity, slightly grassy. Woody. Flavor is seriously sour with saison yeasty notes but more like a real sour ale. Very refreshing. The 7% alc. Is very well hidden. No nailpolish. Top of the shelf wild ale by my standards

Nose is funk, pissy citric rinds, damp straw, herb.
Taste comprises sharp citric, lemon rind, barnyard, funk, vinous, straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise.
Decent sour.

Hapu, marjane, nisune, puuviljane, tsitrus. Ok.
