21 April 2025. Bottle from Geers. Bottled: 13/4/2021. Barrels 1213, 1216, 1218. Shared with Anke, Jolien & Didier! Hazy golden, stable, foamy, white head. Aroma of oak, fermenting plum, apricot, grape, vinegar, lime zest, cheese. Taste has sour apricot, gooseberry, citrus flesh and grape in a funky vinegar and sourdough body, slightly herbal too. Very tart, mouth-puckering finish of woody tannins, citric acid, stone fruit pit and grape skin. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Quite intense. Lovely.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.11.2036) im 2025-07 getrunken. Diese trübe hellgelbe Ale kommt mit kräftiger Schaumbildung und recht aktiver Hefe daher. Die Citrus-Aromen erinnern an natürlichen Aromen einer Berliner Weiße ohne Früchte. Der Säuregehalt ist eher leicht. Der Körper ist recht robust und trägt die Aromen sehr gut. Schönes Ale!

TCBW2024. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Arma is fruity, some apricot and mild wooden and funky tones. Flavour is tart apricot and fruitiness with mild berries, some wood and mild funky tones.

Sample. Deep mahogany colour, small head. Woody, vinegary nose with dark berries. Acetic with underlying sweetness. Near full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Vinous wood, vinegar and balsamic cherries. Peppery finish.

Sample. Almost clear golden, small head. Citric nose with evident mirabelles. Puckering sour with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Acidic with earthy notes, plenty of mirabelles, slight woody funk. Low bitterness.

Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some mild fruity tones with a bit peachy and apricot tones as well as some "stomach acidity" (not in a bad way). Flavour is tart and sour fruits, peach, some wood, mild acidic elements as well as some funk to it. Rather dry palate.

On tap at Mikkeller at Morebeer. Pours opaque mahagony with a pink head. Tons of musty old berry skins, horse shit, leather. Flavour has musty old leather, manure, old barrels. The barnhouse funk here is incredible. This is an excellent farmhouse beer.
