75cl bottle from Auchan. Pours pale greenish yellow. Aroma is tinned pear fruit syrup. Taste is quite rich for a French perry, lots of perry pear fruit, fairly syrupy sweet, oily and lightly sticky. Some pear skins. Not bad.

[ As Breavoine Domaine du Lieu Gosset Cidre Fermier Brut ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, barnyard notes, celery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, celery. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20150124]

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours hazy straw with profuse but airy white head. Aggressive aroma of processed apples and dust. Sweetish and dusty flavour of matured and fermented apples with some acidic touches and notes off dust. Fizzy. Lingering, vinous and dusty aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours fizzy, clear very pale greenish with quickly disappearing white head. Slightly dusty aroma of matured pears with a faint sulphuric touch. Vinous flavour of pears with some rough notes. Vinous aftertaste. High carbonation. Drinkable, refreshing but nothing really impressive.
