Who would say that I’m going to be the first of all RB folks to rate beers from this brewery opened three years ago (2012).
Bottled 330ml. -from local olive oil and spices shop in Firenze as Neither The Dogs Pacific IPA. Cloudy orange coloured, huge white head, mild fruity nose. Sweet malty, caramel, fruity hoppy and touch of spices with odd herbal (rosemary I guess) touch in the finish. Interesting.

Bottled 330ml. -from local olive oil and spices shop in Firenze as Yankee IPA. Muddy orange coloured, big off-white head, mild hoppy caramel nose. Sweetish malty, caramel, spicy hoppy and touch of fruits with rather spicy finish. Drinkable.

Bottled 330ml. -from local olive oil and spices shop in Firenze. Cloudy orange/golden coloured, small off-white head, alcohol and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, light caramel, notes of nuts and alcohol with a way sweet finish. Hint of raisins also.

Bottled 330ml. -from local olive oil and spices shop in Firenze. Lemony yellow coloured, medium sized white head, whiff of lemon in the nose. Weak malty, some citrusy hops, touch of spices and subdued bitterness in the finish. So far so-so but ther’s time for improvement.
