On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Ambrata scarica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note erbacee, di cereali, pane, pasta lievita, una punta di miele. In bocca è abboccata all'attacco, maltata, la chiusura è secca e pulita, leggermente amara. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Buona.

Hand pumped at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours black, with a thick and persistent head of very fine cream foam. Aroma is of coffee and, even more, cacao. Body is average, with no carbonation. Taste is partially sweetish, with little roasty. Final is a little short.
