Bottle. Clear pale yellow colour with thin head. Aroma has a tonne of musty old apples, grapes and Bretty funk. Tart taste. Back notes of forest fruit. Some tart lemon rind too.

Deep red colour with thin head. Aroma and taste have plenty of farmhouse funk. Loads of forest fruit together with some old hay.

Clear bright red colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have juicy sweet and sour cherry. Fruity but plenty of dryness in the finish.

Pale blond colour with light haze and no head. Aroma had initial fruity sharpness. Then straw and apricot jam. Tastes very floral. Flavour is a little vinous and has fresh apricot and stones which seems to add a bitter note too.

Pale blond colour with light haze and lasting lacy head. Aroma and flavour have layers of funk and citrus. Gentle oak and vanilla in the background. Tart, refreshing. Nice citric sharpness.

Hazy pale pink colour with lasting head. Aroma has floral notes and plum skins. Tart, fruity taste. Quite strong vanilla notes too.
