Keg @ Port Street Beer House. Deep pink appearance, small white head. Wonderfully fresh raspberry nose, excellent vivid fruit definition to taste, sharp sour edge with an emerging depth of flavour. Tart in the right places. Very good indeed.

Bottle. HOTM, I think. Ruby red. Fine white head. Nose has lightly fruity notes. Soft funk. Bretty and lactic. The fruit comes across juicy and fresh. Taste is juicy and sweet with light tartness. Mouthfeel is pretty luscious with rolling foamy carbonation. Juicy finish to boot. Great beer. Juicy goodness throughout.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy, fading white head. Lightly sweet, mild funk, pleasant acidity, a little white grape, hay. Light to medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, mellow tartness, pale wood, nice funk. Quite sound.
