Can shared by Steve. Cloudy, bright yellow, ample head with good retention, no lacing. Aroma is citrus, light pine and dank pineapple rind. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.

A: clear golden, thin, off-white head.
A: orange marmalade, plum jam, (cottage) cheese.
T: sweet-sour plum, orange & biscuit.
F: lactic notes of cheese mixing with fruit jam, bit mellow.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Enjoyable 'pastry' attempt within the Sour department; perhaps it shows that there's more potential for that there than in Stouts.

No date on can (bad sign) and heck of a buttery nose. Carries over upfront a tiny bit but the finish is nice without the diacetyl I'm guessing
