Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. A bit fruity with spicy yeast, citrus, some floral and hoppy notes. Moderate sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Good Belgian Blond.

Dark brown colour with small beige head.Aroma of coffee and cocoa roasted and toasted mouth feels and light tart taste mild bitterness and lots of coffee.

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, a bit oxidized, honey, yeasty, ripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: grains up front, a bitter touch, sweet malts, some alcohol, orange peel, fruity, some apples. Aftertaste: bitter, yeasty, oxidized, some honey, grassy touch, more alcohol, herbal notes, spicy, fruity, a bit sugary in the finish, ok tripel beer!

10cl sample @ Batteliek. Affichée à l'entrée, je suppose la spéciale du moment.
Brune un peu boueuse avec un col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est plaisant avec un effet fruité - verger, ici la poire caramélisée, léger rétro-nasla sur un sucre résiduel. Malté pâle, caramel avec une touche un peu pils.
Palais est malté, fine douceur sirupeuse poire caramélisée - effet sirop de Liège plus sur le côté sucre résiduel en fin de bouche qui accentue cet effet caramélisé - sucre crystal. Fine douceur de la poire.

Couleur cuivre-marbrée, col léger crémeux blanc-cassé tenace.
Bière se voulant d'inspiration 'saison' avec un usage de seigle. Le tout reste aussi sur une base assez belge - carapâle, voire même un effet de dark crystal malt. Fruits secs. Palais est finement toasté, caramel, pointe de sucre résiudel avec un effet de prune.

Dorée sur un col blanc crémeux bien tenace.
Une IPA d'influence belge avec un rendu présentant tout de même qcq esters fruités. Niveau houblon, cela reste assez classique et une présence modérée sur les agrumes et un soupçon de torpical ainsi qu'un léger floral. Malté moyen sur le carapils.

Yellow colour with medium white head.Aroms of yeast and citrus also nice spicy with good notes of hops and yeast medium body and fresh crispy taste mild and easy to drink.
