Pint from tap somewhere in Paceville, Malta. Clear, pale yellow with a white head. Lightly malty aroma with hints of seawater and cooked vegetables. Not as sweet as the other lagers from Malta, but it tastes a bit like seawater with malt. Light body. Hints of bitterness in the finish. Barely drinkable, quite unpleasant. (2012-09-24)

Can. A clear, golden beer with a white head. Rather weak aroma, that’s just as good I think, as the dominant aroma is butterscotch. Some fruityness too. The flavor is less buttery, but it’s still there, more present than the fruityness. Medium body, semi-dry. Some bitterness in the else buttery and fruity finish. A quite unpleasant one. 120817

Biggish white head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Grassy malty aroma with straw notes. Dry grassy straw taste. Kind of hollow, sharpish mouthfeel. Dry dusty caramelly paper aftertaste, quite strong. Papery taste lingers. Decent. (0.33l bottle, Duke’s, Victoria, Gozo.)

Canned(500ml). -Pale yellow coloured, airy white head that went away fast, dusty cereals nose. Butterscotch and cereals with grassy herbal notes. Touch of metal in the finish. Drinkable and refreshing.
