I could say a pale ale on the Swiss way, this one is acceptable but it is another thing than the stirling, too grainy for the style, malty, herbal, it could be more bitter and citrus, 21.10.21, purchased at the coop Thusis, tasting it at Scharans.

From the coop Thusis. On the balcony at home, on friday after a nice afternoon at Servion. Smooth weather and a regular ipa, classical, with a note of malty, yeasty, nuts, a bit fruity, resinous, ordinary bitterness.

A bit similar with the ex voisine of the trois dames. A regular ale rather on the American way but this one is good but rather discreet with the aromas of dry malt, different hops that it could be more citrus and bitter, 21.10.21, drinking it at our rented chalet at Sharans, in family, perfect holidays after a awful autumn.

Gushing to thick & huge yellowish foam over very carbonated orange-copper beer, veiled. Cardboard and C-hops, rainwater, lychee. Cardboard, rosewater, bit of citrus, popcorn, and a light metallic bitterness in the finish. Light acidity from the CO². Very carbonated, slick, bit oily, light body. Bit...mealy. And gushing. However, warming up just a bit, I liked it a bit better, getting drinkable. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Deep amber with a tall, sudsy head. Stachelbeeren, a duft of caramel and a slight dankness sums it up pretty good. Taste is bitter up front, sharply bitter at the back. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation, but body and taste lack depth. Ok.
