Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Stas. Very dark brown to black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, chocolate, coffee, a bit of wood. Sweetish flavor, roasty, with chocolate, some coffee, light sourish hint, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Bottle, small bubbly head, cloudy deep yelllow to light orange color, light aroma of apple, spice, mineral and a woody hint, fruity, spicy woody aroma, quite sweet but with enough, though light sourness to counter. Suprisingly nice and besr cider from buster’s so far.

Bottle. Cloudy golden-orange with a small white head. Aroma of apples, lots of cinnamon and clove, and some honey. Very sweet flavor with apples, honey, quite a bit of cinnamon and clove, and light tart note. Mouthfeel is a kinda sticky. Too sweet and spicy for my liking.

Bottle. Clear deep golden color with a bit of white foam. Aroma of green apples, a bit vinous, with a funky hint, sulphuric notes, light spiciness, floral notes and a faint citric hint. Semi-dry flavor, with a bit of sweetness and a bit of tartness, apples, a bit rotten, some alcohol, something weird and unpleasant I can’t put my finger on, a bit of sulphur and an astringent hint in the finish. Aroma is decent, flavor not so much. Maybe just an old bottle, because I’ve had it a few times before and it ranged from "OK" to "good".

Bottle, clear dark gold to bronze colour, aroma of overipe apples and some woodiness, flavour of overipe apples with a touch of spiciness, no acidity, quite sweet but bland, not much different from concentrate made apple juice. Difficult to drink and quite boring.

Bottle, clear quite dark gold to brown colour, aroma of apple tart and cinamon, flavour of cooked apples, nrown sugar and a noticable alcoholic presence, carbonation a touch too strong, quite sweet and certainly not dry, doesnwt feel like it is made from fresh pressed apples. Not good and quite heavy, not like a cider should be.

Bottle. Clear pale yellowish golden color with a bit of white foam. Aroma of green apples, sugary notes and a bit of sulphur hints. Sweetish apples flavor, a bit sugary, with light sulphuric touches and a faint acidic note. Pretty mellow and drinkable.
